A Homage to Louisville History
Named one of the Best Steakhouses in the United States by Far & Wide and one of the Best Bourbon Bars by The Bourbon Review, Repeal Oak-Fired Steakhouse elevated the Louisville dining scene when it opened in 2019.
The 72-seat restaurant features selectively-sourced American Wagyu alongside other prime cuts, a seafood raw bar, 100+ curated bourbons and classic cocktails.
Repeal is right on Whiskey Row and housed in the former site of J.T.S. Brown and Sons’ wholesale warehouse and bottling operations. Its oak-fired grill is stoked with used barrel staves from nearby distilleries. A key feature of the restaurant’s design is a large skylight and structure allowing guests to look up and experience the original historic façade.
Repeal is also a multi-year winner of Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
