In the winter of 2010, White Lodging took over downtown Indianapolis.

It was then that we opened the 168 room Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Downtown — a property connected to the Indiana Convention Center and the adjoining JW Marriott Indianapolis, which would open its doors a year later.

Also connected to the complex are the Courtyard and SpringHill Suites by Marriott, a duo that adds another 453 guestrooms and suites to this dynamic hospitality haven.

A prime example of White Lodging’s strong relationship with Marriott, this block located just east of the White River has become known as Marriott IndyPlace. Offering more than 2,200 keys and 150,000 square feet of meeting and event space, it is one of the most impressive hotel development projects in the Midwest.
