Anne Tabakian serves as Vice President of Food & Beverage at White Lodging, where she has been a key leader since joining the company in 2016. Beginning as a Restaurant General Manager in Austin and advancing to senior corporate roles, she has played an instrumental role in shaping the company’s F&B operations, from concept and menu development to training and compliance.

Anne’s leadership has been critical in refining White Lodging's service standards and profitability while driving innovative new concepts. Her efforts have contributed to the success of more than 50 F&B outlets that boast an impressive 4.8 customer satisfaction rating on OpenTable, placing them in the top 10 percent nationally.

Anne's approach to F&B is grounded in White Lodging's state-of-the-art test kitchen and robust branding expertise, both of which play key roles in delivering scratch-kitchen concepts that provide significant value to owners. This focus on quality and innovation has set new standards in the industry.

Anne is passionate about the dynamic food and beverage industry, and focused on continuing White Lodging’s growth in the F&B space, fostering innovation, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across the company’s diverse portfolio.

Prior to joining White Lodging, Anne spent nearly a decade at two of the nation’s most respected restaurant groups – Uchi Restaurants and Hillstone Restaurant Group. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University.
