Steve Ransone is Vice President of Organizational Capability at White Lodging. He is responsible for recruiting, training, development, and other direct efforts designed to grow associates’ personal and professional skills. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Rooms Operations
Steve started at White Lodging 1996 as the general manager of the Courtyard Indianapolis Downtown before he became the opening Director of Human Resources at Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. He also served as the opening General Manager of the Courtyard Chicago Magnificent Mile. Steve also served as a Regional Vice President for White Lodging.
His career in hospitality began at Marriott International with roles in hotels in Baltimore, Atlanta and Jacksonville. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Baltimore.
