Paula Spada is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer at White Lodging, overseeing all legal and Board of Advisor matters.
Prior to joining White Lodging, she worked at Hyatt Hotels & Resorts where she served as vice president and assistant general counsel, leading the legal team for Hyatt’s new development and real estate activities in the Americas.
Before her Hyatt role, Paula practiced as an associate in the Chicago office of Sidley Austin LLP, where she specialized in private and public mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions and joint venture transactions. She also practiced as an associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, representing private equity firms in the acquisition, governance, divestiture and finance of portfolio companies.
Paula earned a Juris Doctor Degree from Northwestern University School of Law and a Masters in Laws from the University of Michigan Law School.
